Account Maintenance Phase
The final, optional phase during the online marketing account management process is account maintenance. The account maintenance phase is for clients that require professional assistance with their online marketing accounts without the full service obligation of account optimization or account development. Online account maintenance entails the following:
- Ongoing ad review
- Ongoing keyword review
- Ongoing negative keyword review
- Custom online marketing campaign briefs.
Continuous ad review includes daily review of currently active ads for all pertinent statistics (i.e. traffic, ad position, ad status). Continuous keyword review includes a daily review of currently active keywords for all pertinent statistics (i.e. traffic, bid, quality score). Continuous negative keyword review includes a daily review of currently active negative keywords for all pertinent statistics to ensure they are not blocking relevant traffic or conversions. This phase also includes custom SEM campaign briefs generated through the SEM platform. These briefs do not offer any additional insight other than statistics and status of campaign as seen within the platform.
Account maintenance is recommended for client accounts which are not maintained in house by the client in order to maintain and monitor online marketing account performance.
